Laravel 8 自定义迁移

如果你不想使用 Passport 默认的迁移，你需要在 AppServiceProvider 中的 register 方法使用 Passport::ignoreMigrations。使用 php artisan vendor:publish --tag=passport-migrations 会在 /database/migrations 下生成默认的迁移文件，可以再自行进行修改。
