云监控异常，日志报get uuid error
解决办法：
关于 metadata.tencentyun.com，现状是：
1）私有网络和基础网络都能访问 169.254.0.23 和 169.254.10.10
2）基础网络只能访问169.254.10.10
hosts里给 metadata.tencentyun.com配置169.254.10.10
169.254.10.10 metadata.tencentyun.com
加到c:WindowsSystem32driversetchosts
