(1)计算韦恩venn图交集的P值

这里的a为A数据集的基因数,b为B数据集的基因数,inter为两者交集的基因数。 计算韦恩图P值的代码为

可以看到P值小于0.05,因此该overlap的基因不是随机生成的,是可以被接纳的。 这里需要解释的是代码phyper(inter-1, a, 20000-a, b, lower.tail = F)中的20000代表的是背景基因总数,如果是mRNA我这里设置为20000。
