题目要求:
Given a 32-bit signed integer, reverse digits of an integer.
Example 1:

Note:
Assume we are dealing with an environment which could only store integers within the 32-bit signed integer range: [−231, 231 − 1].
For the purpose of this problem, assume that your function returns 0 when the reversed integer overflows.
算法思路:
- 定义一个整数变量result = 0
- 通过取余,每次获取一个个位数(tail)
- tail*10 result 即为反转后的数字
- 为了防止反转后的数字越界要判断反转后的数字/10 是否和原数相等
